First-time setup for a staff member
Create an invitation only when that staff member has not yet set up an authenticator. Existing accounts should use Add another device above.
Staff permissions
Stock staff adjust quantities. Editors can also edit products and prices. Administrators manage staff and browsers.
Approval belongs to this browser profile, so Chrome, Safari and Codex’s browser need separate approval. Approval lasts up to 30 days, with a password and authenticator check again after 7 days. Inventory locks after 5 idle minutes. Sensitive security actions need a recent password and authenticator check. Clearing browser data removes its approval.
